Shipping Information

• We ship immediately on the same day or on the next working day after receipt of money.
• Shipping within Germany is of course free of charge and usually takes 1-4 working days. Please also consider that a bank transfer takes up to four working days.
• Shipping abroad is a flat rate of €7.50, shipping is free from an order value of €75.00
• Worldwide shipping for €7.50 ,from an order value of €75.00 the shipment is free
• The delivery date* is: For deliveries within Germany 4 working days.
• For deliveries outside of Germany, 14 working days from the order. Therefore, always factor in this delivery time. If there is a weekend or public holiday in between, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. A delivery note is enclosed with each shipment.

• 30 days return period if the original condition is not changed against payment or refund of the full purchase price including shipping

*The information on the delivery date refers to receipt of payment (e.g. via PayPal) on the day of purchase. If payment is received later, the delivery date will be postponed accordingly. Incidentally, the specific delivery date depends on the dispatch and delivery location, especially during peak periods, and is based on the processing time stated by the seller.
